Bollywood veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty has time and again impressed his fans with his performances and dance moves. He has been ruling hearts for more than four decades now. He has given several hit films in his career and has worked in more than 250 films. Mithun has reportedly given more than 30 back to back flop films. The actor has given 180 superflops out of 270 films. He is a superstar who managed to make females go weak in the knees with his charming looks. The actor is an amazing actor and a politician. His name is recorded in the Limca Book of Records as he did 19 consecutive films in the year 1989. He made his Bollywood debut with Mrigayaa and got National Award for the same. He managed to grab fame and attention with the success of his film Disco Dancer.
Well, 80’s was Mithun‘s era, but he lost stardom after giving back-to-back flop films. He did not lose hope and courage after giving flop films. According to reports, Mithun has earned a lot of money from his films. His assets are estimated to be Rs 101 crore. He has several cars including Innova, Mercedes Benz E Class, Mercedes, Fortuner, Volkswagen.
Reportedly Mithun Da was honoured with Dadasaheb Phalke Award at the 70th National Film Awards ceremony. He has been a part of the Indian film industry since 1976 and has delivered some of the major hits like Disco Dancer, Kalankini Kankabati, Anyay Abichar, Agneepath and many more. He is also a recipient of Padma Bhushan, i.e., the third-highest civilian honour. He was recently seen in films like The Villain, The Kashmir Files, The Tashkent Files, Golmaal and more.
