The Regina Police Service (RPS) has launched an investigation after a man was found dead on the 1500 block of Robinson Street early Tuesday morning.
Police and EMS were dispatched to a call for service at a residence shortly after 2 a.m., stated an RPS news release. Upon arrival, police located a “deceased adult male,” secured the residence and called for “additional resources” from the RPS Major Crime Unit and the RPS Forensic Identification Unit.

“At this early stage of the investigation, there are no further details that will be released to the public,” the release notes. “The victim’s name will not be released at this time.”
The death investigation is being done in conjunction with the Saskatchewan Coroners Service and anyone with information that could help police is asked to contact the RPS at 306-777-6500 or Regina Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
