Whatever your opinion of MiHoYo the one thing you do have to give them is that they’re not exactly slow with new content. Zenless Zone Zero’s version 1.3 is, in fact, right around the corner! Next month you’ll be able to enjoy a whole host of new content. So let’s dig in and find out what version 1.3, “Virtual Revenge” has in store for us.
First off you’ll get much more contact with the enigmatic Section 6 and their frontline operational unit which is dedicated to Hollow disasters response. You’ll also join Lighter from Sons of Calydon to celebrate Settlement Days at the Outer Ring. There’s a host of new areas to boot, including H.A.N.D. Headquarters, H.S.O.S. 6 Office and SÄ n-Z STUDIO.
And that’s not even mentioning the brand-new roguelike gameplay of The Mystery of Arpeggio Fault, as well as another elimination tournament in the Simulated Battle Trial. Finally, there’ll be numerous optimizations and other additions made for version 1.3, such as in the function and interface of the Compendium, as well as the systems for character advancement and progression.

While MiHoYo does tend to get it in the neck for a mixture of justified and slightly unfair reasons, I do find that the one positive about them is that they seem to consistently release new, rather beefy updates. It’s something that you often miss out on in other games.
