- Honey Grove is a new gardening simulation, with adorable bee characters
- It’s also launching for World Kindness Day, if you want to know the vibe they’re going for
- So if you’re looking for a feel-good game this November, check it out!
Honey Grove, by Runaway Play, is an upcoming mixture of gardening simulator, with narrative-driven elements and a whole host of other additions. It’s hard to explain, especially since it seemingly wants to be several things at once. But this new take on the genre professes to blend a bunch of different mechanics into one, hopefully sweet whole.
Honey Grove is a relatively simple gardening simulator, where you create a team of bees to help repopulate the flora of a depleted town. Each has their own character and skills that you’ll uncover as part of the narrative, all while developing a diverse ecosystem of plants, flowers and fruit trees.
Not only that but you’ll also have access to crafting mechanics, the ability to explore and rebuild parts of the town, as well as experience a whole lot of bee-based story and drama.
Sweet tooth
Yes, as you can probably tell by the fact that this is launching on World Kindness Day of all things, this is one of those games that really wants you to feel good, even if you don’t. But at the same time, it’s hard to dislike it, what with all the effort and goodwill on display here. You’ll also be able to find Honey Grove on both iOS and Android, so there are plenty of options if you want to play!
