A 30-year-old driver faces charges of impaired driving after he suffered serious injuries following a crash into a tree in LaSalle early Nov. 2.
LaSalle police say the collision occurred about 4;30 a.m. on Divine Street near Superior Avenue.
The driver was the sole occupant of the vehicle. He was transported to hospital. No other vehicles or individuals were involved and police say the driver is expected to recover.
He faces charges of operating a motor vehicle while impaired, four counts of driving while disqualified, two counts of driving while under suspension and conveying liquor in a motor vehicle.
His driving licence will be suspended for 90 days.
