Devoleena Bhattacharjee is counting the days until she welcomes her little one into the world. The mom-to-be recently enjoyed the festival of lights to the fullest with her husband and other loved ones. On November 1, she shared a series of pictures on her Instagram account, offering a sneak peek into her Diwali celebrations this year.
Devoleena’s post opened with two adorable pictures of the parents-to-be dressed in beautiful ethnic outfits. For Diwali, the actress wore a heavily embroidered yellow adorned with gota patti work, which she teamed with pink-coloured pants. To accentuate her look, she wore a statement choker, delicate earrings, a mangalsutra, and a stack of bangles. On the other hand, her husband Shanawaz Shaikh complemented her in a white printed kurta and pyjama.
In one of the pictures, Devoleena was seen posing with her fur baby Angel. In others, the couple celebrated the festival with their acquaintances. The actress shared the carousel with the caption, “Once again, wishing you all a very happy Diwali. #diwali #festive #festivalvibes #shaleena.”
Just a day before celebrating the festival with her loved ones, the Saath Nibhana Saathiya actress dropped another set of pictures on her Instagram account, offering her fans a glimpse into her homely Diwali celebrations with her husband. For the festival, the actress looked effortlessly gorgeous in a red coloured saree paired with a sleeveless green blouse. She opted for heavy jewellery and gajra to enhance her look for the day. In the pictures, the mom-to-be was seen enjoying some cosy moments with her husband. The couple was seen sitting in front of a table decorated with diyas and marigold flowers.

Devoleena announced her pregnancy on August 15 after months of speculation. She posted a series of pictures from a traditional Panchamrit ritual that took place at her home and was attended by all the people close to her. Sharing the post, the actress wrote, “Celebrating the divine journey to motherhood with the sacred Panchamrit ritual, where tradition and love blend to bless the mother and her unborn child with health, prosperity, and joy during this beautiful chapter of life.” The mom-to-be was also seen holding a “You can stop asking now” onesie in the pictures.
Speaking of her professional career, Devoleena recently quit the show Chhathi Maiyya Ki Bitiya due to her pregnancy.
