A 27-year-old pedestrian is in hospital with life-threatening injuries after being struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Howard Avenue and Edinborough streets. Nov. 1.
Police say shortly after 10 p.m. officers were dispatched to the intersection following a report of a collision. Officers learned that a vehicle travelling northbound on Howard Avenue struck a pedestrian who was trying to cross the street.
The pedestrian was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries. The driver remained at the scene.
