WHO, EXACTLY, BENEFITS?

Since Day 1 of the implementation of the carbon tax, Justin Trudeau and company have been preaching that eight out of 10 Canadian households are better off after receiving the rebate cheques.
Even if it were true, I find it odd that nobody has broken the numbers down to calculate who are the 80 per cent that supposedly benefit. Possibly households in which there are seniors who no longer have to drive or commute to work, or where public servants work from home, as well as those in the private sector?
But I can tell you one thing for certain: IIt doesn’t benefit the person driving to work five days a week while balancing a household budget and driving kids to hockey/soccer practice, and this is the group that pays for everything we get in this country.

STOP ALL WARS
As the late Kris Kristofferson sang, “I don’t care who’s right or wrong, I don’t try to understand,” all I know is that we have to stop all wars.
Wherever innocent people are being killed, we need to do whatever it takes to help them make it through the night. Find a way. Find peace. Please.

the polls are against me said he, but I know the people still love me.
So I will keep on truckin, though others say muckin, for my name and my words are still charming.
When the writ is dropped, I will pop, and the throne once again will be mine.
It may be just a dream and so much ice cream, but oh why can’t it be just for me?
