Queen Sigma is widely considered to be the best character in Vampire Survivors, given her immediate access to Victory Sword —aka one of the game’s best weapons — and a wide array of massive buffs.
True to that, however, unlocking the queen will demand a lot out of you, even if you decide to go with a shortcut. Here’s how to unlock Queen Sigma in Vampire Survivors.
How to unlock Queen Sigma in Vampire Survivors
You can unlock Queen Sigma in Vampire Survivors as a reward by unlocking all collection entries part of the game’s 1.0 version, with the exception of her Victory Sword, the Sole Solution, and all variants of the Candybox. If you are looking to get her as soon as possible, you can also unlock Queen Sigma by heading to Secrets and then casting the spell “ALLATONCE”.
You can unlock both the Secrets tab and the ability to cast spells in Vampire Survivors by acquiring the Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane. It’s also important to point out that Queen Sigma’s Victory Sword cannot evolve. Instead, the weapon will allow you to get the Sole Solution passive by using Torrona’s Box.
How to get the Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane in Vampire Survivors
You can get the Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane in Vampire Survivors by heading to The Bone Zone and defeating the Sketamari boss. The boss’s location will be marked by an interrogation symbol, but his position will only be highlighted on the map screen after you acquire the Yellow Sign. You can check out a step-by-step guide on how to get the Sign below:
- Enter the Moongolow stage while using any non-secret base character except for Sir Ambrojoe, Divano, Gallo, and Zi’Assunta. You will know you picked an eligible character if the stage is shown under a red moon.
- Survive 14 minutes to get transported to the Holy Forbidden stage.
- Go right until you reach the end of the stage to unlock the Yellow Sign.
After doing the above and getting the item, you will be thrown back into the title screen. As you will lose all of your equipment except your starting weapon once at Holy Forbidden, I recommend using a character capable of performing constant forward attacks like Antonio or Pugnala. But don’t worry if you fail to get the item at first, as you can jump right back into Holy Forbidden from the stage selection menu until you complete it.
