I have always voted for who I thought was the best person to look after my interests as well as those of our country. I have voted for all three of the major parties at one time or another.
I cannot understand why people, regardless of the actions of the government in power, continue to vote for the same party regardless of the decisions it makes.

JUST TRUDEAU CLONES
Federal minister Sean Fraser threw in a degrading comment about the trucker protest in the House of Commons recently. This is the guy who totally botched up his responsibilities when he was minister of immigration and now pretends he is actually doing a good job as housing minister.
I have 100 times more respect for a hard-working trucker than I do for any of the incompetent actors in the Liberal party. They are all simply clones of their unpopular, scandal-riddled “leader,” Justin Trudeau.

DON’T BELIEVE THE ‘EXPERTS’
Re: Report blaming cats for wild bird deaths just bureaucratic nonsense, Oct. 30
Does anyone really believe anything coming from “experts” these days? I certainly don’t. Over the last four-plus years, we’ve found them to be nothing more than paid shills when a government department needs them to promote something, especially big pharma and the eco-radicals. Universities are the worst for turning out left-leaning robots, so forgive me if I don’t listen to them.
Fact is, there are many reasons for birds dying and most aren’t from felines. Among other things, there are the tall buildings with mirrored facades and windmills that outpace anything cats can do.
I have a simple suggestion for the cats, however: if people insist on allowing them outside, then make sure they have collars with bells on them.

JUST JUSTIN’S BROTHER?
It must be strange if one’s primary public identity is to be someone else’s brother. Whenever I have seen Kyle Kemper introduced, his relationship to Justin Trudeau is always mentioned. Alexandre Trudeau does not conceal the fact that he is Justin’s brother, but when I have seen him introduced, it has been as a writer or filmmaker. Most of us want our own professional identity.
