Swift Current Rural RCMP are investigating a serious crash that happened Tuesday afternoon on Highway 4, just south of Swift Current.
Around 3:30 p.m., officers, local fire and paramedics responded to a report of a two-vehicle crash on Highway 4 near the intersection of Highway 363, RCMP said in a Wednesday news release.
Investigating officers learned a southbound SUV a northbound car collided, the release said.

The driver and two passengers in the car were declared dead at the scene. They are identified as a 41-year-old woman and two girls, ages 14 and 13. All three are from the Swift Current area and their families have been notified, the release said.
The man who was the driver and sole occupant of the SUV was taken to hospital with injuries RCMP described as non-life-threatening.
Swift Current Rural RCMP are aided by a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist as they continue to investigate.
