Regina voters have a long list of options to choose from when they cast their ballot for mayor today, with 11 candidates seeking to fill the biggest shoes inside city hall.
Ten of those candidates are challenging incumbent Mayor Sandra Masters, who is running for a second term. She has said that this will be her last campaign for the city’s top seat, win-or-lose.
Candidates have been all over the campaign trail for weeks, participating in a forum by the Cathedral Village Community Association, a debate hosted by Regina & District Chamber of Commerce and garnering public endorsements — or the opposite — by various outside voices around the city.
