The youths include two females and two males ranging in age from 13 to 17.
Police alleged that on Sunday the victim was lured to meet one of the suspects in a parking lot near Goreway Dr. and Queen St. E. and shortly afterwards, two other suspects attacked him from behind.
Police said the victim was allegedly choked and punched multiple times, knocking him out, and when he regained consciousness, his phone, wallet, and vehicle had been stolen.
The victim was taken to hospital for treatment and police alleged that the suspects travelled in the stolen car, picking up a fourth suspect along the way.
Cops said the vehicle was found near Kennedy Rd. and Twistleton St. in Caledon and a high-risk vehicle stop was executed.
All four suspects were arrested. Police allegedly located and seized offence-related property and recovered the stolen vehicle.
