Now that all of Windsor’s roads and sewers have been restored and the planned massive property tax hike has been rolled back, it’s nice to see we’re going to spend $10 million dollars on a $1 million fountain.
This, of course, does not include annual maintenance and repairs. Well done, city councillors.
