A 43-year-old woman has died from injuries sustained in a collision Saturday afternoon on the Windsor’s east side.

Officers were called to the intersection of Lauzon Parkway and Forest Glade Drive just after 1 p.m.
Police said a vehicle travelling eastbound on Forest Glade Drive struck a pedestrian attempting to cross the street.
The woman was taken to hospital where she was pronounced dead.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene.
Windsor police continue to investigate the incident.
