As recently as last week, Boy Wonder Justin Trudeau was blowing his own horn. To quote, “I am and always will be a feminist.”
Now, the wunderkind has thrown another strong, senior female cabinet minister under the bus.
Can’t say I always agreed with Chrystia Freeland, but she at least has shown she has the integrity to refuse a demotion to some Mickey Mouse cabinet position. Bravo, Chrystia!
She did say she still plans to run in the next election. It remains to be seen how vindictive Trudeau may be if he refuses to sign her nomination papers.
But fear not, Canada. As a famous quote says, “The budget will balance itself.” We just have no idea how or when, or by whom.
Monday’s gong show certainly indicates it won’t be Trudeau or any of his sycophant elves.

TRUMP GETS RESULTS
You can call president-elect Donald Trump anything you want, but don’t call him stupid.
The United States has two very serious problems, the first being illegal drug use and the second being illegal aliens entering the country. Trump believes both of these problems start either in Canada or Mexico, and it doesn’t appear that either country is doing anything to stop them.
When Trump suggested tariffs on Canadian- and Mexican-made products, he also indicated it was because of the drug and illegal entry problems.
What was the result of Trump’s threat? Trudeau and Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum are beefing up border security and upping their attacks on illegal drug manufacturing and distribution.

Do you still think Trump is stupid? If you do, how come Trudeau and Sheinbaum are doing exactly what he wants?

SUCH A HYPOCRITE
What a hypocrite Justin Trudeau is for lamenting that the United States did not elect a female leader when he is the “worst obstacle” to female empowerment in Canada.
I’m sure Mélanie Joly, Karina Gould and Anita Anand are all wondering when the heck Trudeau is going to step down so they can start their leadership campaigns. You could also expect huge comeback support for Jody Wilson-Raybould and Dr. Jane Philpott.
These are just the women we know about. How many other woman are being held back by this chauvinistic prime minister who refuses to let women have a chance at leading the Liberal Party of Canada? I think it is snowing outside …
