Castle Duels, My.Games’ recently launched tower defence is set to celebrate the festive season with a new special Christmas event, Winter Wonders. Set to run from December 19th to January 2nd this event offers some exciting new additions, as well as festive rewards. Want to know more? Let’s dig in!
Naturally, you’ll, first of all, have plenty of tasks to complete that’ll net you decorative collectable cards and a variety of rewards, including the grand prize of the legendary Frost Knight. A festive roulette meanwhile will let you acquire additional copies of the Frost Knight that can then be exchanged for crystals.
While it may not be as extensive as some other festive events out there, Castle Duels only released quite recently so it’s understandable this is a little lighter on the content. With Castle Duels letting you duke it out using offensive or defensive tactics to destroy your opponent’s castle while preserving your own.
Festive duelling
Castle Duels is one of those releases that has flown under my radar a bit, so I’m interested to see it pop up and read a bit more about it. This isn’t the first time My.Games have tackled this kind of format of course, as Rush Royale similarly mixes the idea of both defensive and offensive tower-defence gameplay.
In any case, for those of you who are fans of that sort of thing, you’ll likely be very excited to see even more content being added even this late in the season. Here’s hoping you’ll be able to find some free time this holiday season to play through it!
