Push the boundaries of your power
With the game’s Ver 3.0 Update, you can look forward to putting your skills to the test in the new Jeju Island Raid content. You can also see how far you can go now that Sung Jinwoo’s max level has been expanded to Lv. 100, along with a new Job Change called Master of the Abyss. All these come on top of a new hunter, a new shadow, and plenty of goodies for the whole month.
Perhaps more important than those things however are the fact that players will get to experience one of the most thrilling episodes from the original series. In Jeju Island Raid you’ll embark on Chapter 21-23 of the Main Story of the game, where Sung Jinwoo joins forces with a group of Hunters, and the Army of Shadows, to fight the Ant King: a formidable humanoid ant, with high-intelligence and a powerful armoured exoskeleton that makes him one of the strongest bosses in the series.
Fresh additions have joined the fray
Now, if you have fulfilled certain conditions, you can unlock Sung Jinwoo Job Change: Master of the Abyss to enjoy an expanded slot for Survival Blessing Stone as well as a new Survival Blessing Stone [Solidify) (Rare). Of course, a fresh job change comes with a new addition to your weaponry as well, with Sung Jinwoo’s new weapon: Gold-tailed Fox (SSR Light Element).
As for the aforementioned Hunter, Shimizu Akari joins the fight with a special Guiding Light skill that can draw foes together and bring on the pain with an axe. Shimizu is a powerful supporter who continues to strengthen the light attribute, and she empowers the raid team with buffs imbued with the power of the sun. With Shimizu Akari in the team, you would experience boosted firepower with tailored debuffs for enemies! You can get to know more about Shimizu Akari and her story through the Hunter Archive and the Secret Library.
The new Shadow Beru, on the other hand, offers a plethora of new skills you can use to your advantage – one of which is the Shadow’s Authority ability that gives your party’s Attack and Critical Hit damage a welcome boost. Also, in accordance with the plot from the original series where the Ant King absorbs Min Byung-gu’s power, Beru’s summoning will activate healing-related abilities. As no other Shadow possesses healing skills, this will allow Beru to establish a distinctive role for itself!
The latest update also expands the Shadow promotion system to introduce the “General” rank. With Beru becoming the first General rank Shadow from the original work, existing Shadows such as Igris and Iron can now be promoted to boost their powers and unlock new skills. Celebrating the holidays with style
With Christmas just around the corner, Solo Leveling: ARISE is bringing on all the cheer with the Holiday Party! Check-In Gift from December 19th to January 1st. All you have to do is log into the game for seven days to score Sung Jinwoo’s new weapon [Gold-tailed Fox]. At the same time, the Holiday Party event will run until January 1st just in time to send off 2024 with a bang.
In particular, the Holiday Party! Daily Missions will reward you with Boss Challenge Key, Rune Fragment and so much more simply by completing missions every day – top it all off with a million Golds once you’ve cleared all the missions, and it does seem like it’ll be a party to remember.
Meanwhile, the “Match Isla’s Card!!” mini-game will have you scouring the screen for two identical cards to nab Holiday Party Commemorative Red Socks, Boss Challenge Key, Essence Stones, and more. You can also keep the Christmas Tree safe from nasty monsters to receive Holiday Party Commemorative Green Socks, Boss Challenge Key, and Essence Stones among others.
