Re: ‘Extremely impressive’; Poilievre winning in the polls — and south of border, too, Dec. 19
It’s becoming more and more obvious every day that Canada needs an election.
Federal NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh must know his party has zero chance of winning whether an election is held in either early 2025 or in October. I disagree with the prevailing opinion that Singh is not triggering an election because of his pension as most party leaders are re-elected anyway.
Singh should jump on this opportunity for a faster election to become the Official Opposition because it’s likely the best he will do, and by holding off, he’ll only become less popular then he already is.

SINGH WON’T ACT NOW
Jagmeet Singh is saying that Justin Trudeau has to go and even some of those in the Liberal caucus are saying Trudeau has to resign. But rest assured that, if the Bloc Québécois or the Conservatives bring up a non-confidence motion against Trudeau in the House of Commons, “I want my pension” Singh and the NDP will surely vote against it and keep the worst prime minister in Canada’s history in power.

ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS …
Forget All I Want for Christmas Is You, the 1994 ripoff by Mariah Carey, and instead pull up the old Nat King Cole version of All I Want for Christmas is My Two Front Teeth. Check it out. Here’s another slightly different version of the song:
All I want for Christmas is a new PM
A new PM, a new PM
Gee, if I could have a new PM
And postal service too
That is all Santa needs to do.
Forget the sales tax pause
Stuff the promised cheque
All I want, Mr. Claus
Is a new PM on deck
Then how happy I would be.

FORGET ABOUT IT
Justin Trudeau says: I have shuffled my cabinet. So I want Canadians to forget about all my scandals, my absurd spending, Canadians living in tents, the two million I sent to food banks, and parents missing meals to feed their children because of my useless carbon tax. Forget that I am an incompetent leader. Because I am back.
Please tell me Canadians are not going to fall for his BS again.
