Windsor police have arrested one suspect — but are still searching for three more — following a violent armed robbery in an east end home.
Police received a call around 11 p.m. on Dec. 28 about a robbery with a firearm in the 200 block of Lauzon Road.
Investigators said four men, including one armed with a handgun, assaulted a victim inside a residence.
After striking the victim with the handgun, police said the robbers stole some items and fled. The victim’s injuries were not life-threatening.

Police said Friday they arrested Joseph Talbot, 37. They caught him Thursday in the 1000 block of Pillette Road. He is charged with robbery and assault with a weapon.
The Windsor Police major crimes unit still has warrants out for Jesse Broadfoot, 36, Brian Hands, 38, and Kyle Heywood, 33. They are wanted on charges of robbery with violence and assault with a weapon. Police said Heywood is also wanted for breach of probation.
Investigators said Broadfoot is five feet, six inches tall with a medium build, brown hair and blues eyes.
Hands is six feet tall with a medium build and hazel eyes.
Heywood is five-foot, eight-inches tall with a large build, brown hair and blue eyes.
