Bad Bunny’s sixth studio album, Debi Tirar Mas Fotos (I Should Have Taken More Photos), is here. On Sunday, January 5, the Puerto Rican rapper, singer and songwriter, born Benito Antonio, released his new album consisting of 17 songs. His sixth solo album, seventh overall, is being produced by his regular collaborators La Paciencia, MAG and Tainy along with Big Jay and Saox.
With his new album, Debi Tirar Mas Fotos (DTMF), Bad Bunny celebrates Puerto Rico’s culture and history. The record features artists like Puerto Rican artists like Rainao, Chuwi, Dei V and Omar Courtz. In addition to the collaborations, Bad Bunny’s new album includes solo tracks such as Turista, Kloufrens, Ketu Tecre and Bokete.
Speaking about his new album, Bad Bunny revealed that he had been dreaming about it for many years. “I’ve been dreaming about this album for years, and seeing it come to life has brought me immense happiness,” said the rapper-singer, as quoted by Billboard.
The 30-year-old rapper-singer believes that through this new production, his fans will “continue to learn more about me as I, too, discover more about myself.” He added, “This album is the result of the experiences that have led me to get to know myself better, even getting to know the rhythms I enjoy most — the ones I truly enjoy singing and creating.”
Bad Bunny also highlighted that through his new album, he wanted the world to know the real him. “At the peak of my career and popularity, I want to show the world who I am, who BENITO ANTONIO is, and who PUERTO RICO is,” he explained.
On January 3, the 30-year-old Puerto Rican rapper-singer dropped the cover picture and the tracklist of his new album on his Instagram account. The photo showcased two unoccupied plastic chairs kept on muddy ground in front of a banana plantation. In the next slide, which revealed the 17 songs of the album, a declaration in Spanish, when translated to English, read: “This project is dedicated to all the Puerto Ricans in the entire world.”
A month back, on December 5, Bad Bunny released his new album’s lead song, El Club, followed by another melancholy love ballad, Pitorro de Coco.
Debi Tirar Mas Fotos comes after his most recent studio album, Nadie Sabe Lo Que va Pasar Manana, for which he received a Grammy nomination in the 2025 Grammys for Best Musica Urban Album. He released his fifth solo album in 2023.
