A Saskatchewan suspect who was on the top 25 list of Canada’s most wanted fugitives has been arrested and charged.
Reshaun Norman Cote was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant in relation to the death of 22-year-old Everett Wolfe Roberts-Orr on May 12, 2024 in Regina. Cote is now in custody after being found and arrested Tuesday night, said the Regina Police Service in a news release issued Wednesday.

Cote has been charged with second-degree murder, according to police. Prior to the arrest, he was ranked No. 9 on the national most wanted list.
The 22-year-old accused man is scheduled to make his first appearance on the charge in Regina provincial court on Thursday morning. It stems from an incident wherein police say they were dispatched to a home on the 4800 block of Sherwood Drive for a reported firearms offence.
“Initial information indicated there was a victim laying on a driveway who had been shot,” said the release.
Roberts-Orr was located and taken to hospital but died.
