Several users globally are unable to access the artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot tool of ChatGPT. Many complained that ChatGPT is down. Users on social media site X (formerly Twitter) complained that they were not able to access the site. OpenAI’s website said at around 5:30 pm (IST) that it was facing an issue. “We are currently experiencing elevated error rates in the API. We are currently investigating,” it said.
It later said in an update that the issue was “resolved”. However, netizens continue to report about the issue on X. Check some posts below:
