Days after the finale, Vivian Dsena and his wife, Nouran Aly, hosted a star-studded party, but chose to exclude Bigg Boss 18 winner Karan Veer Mehra.
It’s been almost a week since Bigg Boss 18 concluded with Karan Veer Mehra lifting the winner’s trophy and defeating Vivian Dsena. Days after the finale, Vivian and his wife, Nouran Aly, hosted a star-studded party attended by several current and former BB contestants. However, some key figures from the show – Karan, Shilpa Shirodkar, Chum Darang and Rajat Dalal – weren’t there. In a previous interview, Karan, reacting to the party, claimed he didn’t receive an invite but mentioned he’d call them to his celebration. Now, Nouran shared her side of the story about why Karan was excluded from the gathering.
When Vivian was asked about Karan’s absence from the party, Nouran quickly stepped in and explained, “I’m the one who was inviting, it was a surprise party, I will invite the ones who didn’t hurt us, that’s all.”
Nouran invited Avinash Mishra, Eisha Singh, Chaahat Pandey, Ankita Lokhande, Vicky Jain, Munawar Faruqui, Arfeen Khan, Sara Arfeen Khan, Edin Rose and Yamini Malhotra.
While appearing on Shudh Manoranjan, when Karan Veer Mehra was asked about his equation with Vivian Dsena and his absence from the party, the actor said, “If they had called, I would have gone, but I didn’t get a call, it’s not a big deal. Only one person won the trophy, so someone was guaranteed to feel bad. It’s okay if someone feels bad. If I throw a party, I’ll invite everyone. I’m still deciding, but all my brothers and friends should be together.”
Karan Veer Mehra and Vivian Dsena remained close friends for many years. During Bigg Boss 18, they often argued, leading to a fallout between the two.
While Karan Veer emerged as the winner, Vivian Dsena became the first runner-up and Rajat Dalal was the second runner-up. Avinash Mishra finished in fourth place, while Chum Darang and Eisha Singh took the fifth and sixth spots, respectively.
