A man has died in an industrial accident in the city’s Annex neighbourhood on Monday morning.

Toronto Police say a man was working on a billboard in the Bathurst and Dupont Sts. area around 8:40 a.m. when he fell from a ladder.
Police, Toronto Fire and paramedics all attended the scene and paramedics performed life-saving measures but the man died.
The Ministry of Labour has been notified.
No information on the man or who he worked for was immediately released.
