Muscat – Oman Post, the national postal operator, and Al Madina Insurance Company (Al Madina Takaful) signed an agreement to offer insurance services through its website.
The agreement was signed by Sheikh Ibrahim bin Sultan Alhosni, acting CEO of Oman Post, and Shakaib Mahmood, deputy chief executive officer of Al Madina Insurance Company.
This strategic agreement facilitates customer access to a comprehensive suite of insurance products, encompassing both personal and corporate through Oman Postâs website.
The initiative is aligned with the government’s overarching vision of modernizing service delivery through the expansion of electronic service offerings.
Nasr bin Badr Albusaidi, postmaster at Oman Post, said, âOman Post is committed to expanding its portfolio of services offered to customers through various channels to meet diverse needs. This is reflected in our collaboration with Al Madina Takaful, which aligns with our goal of providing a comprehensive customer experience.â
