Mark Carney finally spoke with Donald Trump. He has the president’s endorsement. The way I see it, Trump is afraid to deal with Pierre Poilievre, Carney is much more malleable. Trump knows he’ll be able to exploit Carney’s weaknesses just like he did with Trudeau.

STAY STRONG, EH
To the editor and to all Canadians, I just want you to know that I do not approve of ‘king con’ (or unelected president Musk) and his irrational leadership of my country. Three times I did not vote for him. I grew up in the Detroit/Windsor area and I know the value of our close, friendly relationship. I am angry that we are all going through this. He seems to want to ruin everything we have come to be and know about ourselves. By the way, I enjoy all of your protest songs. Please stay strong, eh, and thank you for not spending your time and money here until we get back in line with reality, which may be awhile, if ever. But ‘king con’ knows that money talks so maybe he’ll back off. Then again, it could be a snowball’s chance in hell. Like I said, irrational. Peace to you and to us.

SAVE YOUR MONEY
Your government is putting up billboards in America in a feeble attempt to coerce our opinion. Believe it or not, we’re more intelligent than that. Do you have any idea how often we write letters to our congressmen or to a senator each year? Hardly ever. You are not going to affect our political opinion whatsoever. Why are you wasting Canadian taxpayers’ hard-earned dollars to a project that is so self-aggrandizing it’s pathetic? It has Carney written all over it.
