OSHKOSH – Construction on State 76 is finished.
All the lanes on State 76 from just north of County Road II to south of Shady Lane are now open after the $1,131,640 construction project was completed this week.
Wisconsin Department of Transportation made the announcement following almost two months of road work that saw the resurfacing of a 1-mile stretch of State 76.
The project also included replacement and repair of deteriorated guardrail and sections of the curb.
According to the release from WisDOT, the project was completed on time and on budget, and will provide a smoother surface for commuters.
