- It adds three now bosses and a host of minor features
- This throwback title aims to offer players a more socially-focused MMO experience
Cross-platform MMORPG Idle Clans is getting a major new update that adds new bosses and a host of minor features. You may remember us covering this accessible, throwback title last year, and we’re glad to report that the devs are continuing to build on its very strong foundations.
The biggest additions are three new raid bosses: The Malignant Spider, Skeleton Warrior and Otherworldly Golem. But don’t try and rush into facing them just yet! Check out the developer update to find out what prerequisites you need to have in order to face these dangerous new foes alongside the rest of your clan.
Speaking of Clans, you’ll now be able to view the stats and equipment of clan members during events with a handy button, as well as their total boss kills and raid completions. There’s a host of other fixes and minor additions to invites, offline battles and more that help build out an already strong game.
Back to the past
From what I’ve seen, players are quite impressed with Idle Clans as it sits on a very respectable 4.3 rating on Google Play. The throwback to a more social-focused gameplay style will likely sit well with those of you who have been playing the MMORPG genre since the “good old days”, although the minimalist UI may not satisfy those of you who want a more graphically dazzling game.
