- Exchange Suicune Mane for Suicune Incense and Suicune Biscuits
- Water-type helper Pokémon will be more effective
- Head on over to Greengrass Isle, Cyan Beach, and Lapis Lakeside
The Pokemon Company has announced a new update for Pokemon Sleep, inviting everyone to get their research hats ready for some serious Suicune shenanigans. In particular, the Suicune Research event tasks you with collecting Suicune Mane, which, in turn, can be used to redeem some Suicune Incense and Suicune Biscuits.
The latest update to Pokemon Sleep will have you researching different sleep styles for Suicune – additionally, Water-type helper Pokémon will also be more effective throughout the event. Be sure to boost your Water-type helper Pokémon such as Psyduck, Squirtle, Slowpoke, Wartortle, Slowbro, Wooper, Blastoise, Vaporeon, Golduck, Slowking, Quaxwell, Feraligatr, Croconaw, Quagsire, Quaxly and Totodile.
The event will run until September 16th across Greengrass Isle, Cyan Beach, and Lapis Lakeside. During that time, the Snorlax in the specified areas will also have as one of its faves Oran Berries (Water type). You can learn more about the nitty-gritty of the event from the official blog post.
Now, you might think that you won’t really have to socialise too much in a game where the main mechanic is to sleep, but you’d be surprised how much power a community research effort can hold.
