Selection process for IBA’s Rising Stars 2024 list
IBA’s selection process for the 2024 Rising Stars began in May with a nationwide call for nominations. Eligible nominees were required to be 40 or younger as of Oct. 1, 2024, and committed to a long-term career in insurance.
