Wynonna Judd’s daughter Grace Kelley, PEOPLE confirmed, was arrested for a third time this year in late October.
According to the report, Kelley, 28, was arrested in Albemarle County, Va., on Oct. 27.
“The Daily Progress” reports Kelley was arrested after stealing a church van, which the Ground Zero Church of the Nazarene also confirmed on a GoFundMe page.
“On Oct. 27th, our green church van and trailer were stolen from in front of our pastor’s home by Grace Pauline Kelley,” the church’s lead pastor Kent Hart said on its fundraising page. “Grace is currently in police custody. The van was damaged during the theft and after being inspected by a body shop, the insurance has determined it to be a total loss.”
She faces seven charges, including three counts of felony grand larceny. She was also charged with driving without a license, destruction of property with intent, failure to use headlights and setting in motion a vehicle with intent to commit a crime.
Per “The Daily Progress,” Hart allegedly chased down Kelley when he saw the van pulling out of his driveway and followed her to Virginia Route 20 where he tried to box her in after she drove around his Chevrolet Yukon.
In April, AL.com reported Kelley exposed her breasts and lower body at the busy intersection of Interstate 65 and Highway 14 in Millbrook. She was charged with indecent exposure and obstructing government operations, both misdemeanor crimes.
In August, Kelley was arrested and charged with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, driving with a suspended/revoked license and not using motorcycle equipment properly.
