It was absolutely cowardly of the Liberal government to drop off the fall economic statement, then run off like scared rabbits to avoid having to defend it by actually answering questions.
Instead of sticking to the $40-billion guardrail, they are overspending by more than $20 billion. (The deficit is forecast to be almost $62 billion).
Chrystia Freeland refused to table it. Then we see Dominic LeBlanc gleefully being sworn in to replace her. He should also be ashamed.
The Liberal party has definitely hit rock bottom.

NARCISSISM DEFINED
At more than 80 years old, President Joe Biden, after a weekend of resistance, swallowed his pride and stepped aside as his party’s nominee in the presidential election.

LOSING THEIR MINDS
Have all our government leaders, federal and provincial, drunk the Liberal Kool-Aid? U.S. president-elect Donald Trump says fix the border or he will levy 25-per-cent tariffs. Now all these government leaders are losing their minds and saying stupid things.
Trump doesn’t take office until Jan. 20. So they have about a month to show they are fixing the border. They all admit the border needs work. Why haven’t they fixed it? Why does it take Trump to get things started?
Our prime minister suggested it would have been better if Kamala Harris had won. It’s like he knows he is done and he is going to leave as big a mess and as many poisoned relationships behind as he can.

WHICH IS IT?
When one’s message does not match one’s actions, that message tends to fall on deaf ears.
That’s how I felt recently when I witnessed a “Pro-Palestinian rally” that forced me to sit in traffic. The protesters’ signs demanded an end to genocide. Yet their voices supported genocide as they chanted from the “river to the sea.”
So which is it? Do they support genocide or oppose it? They demanded “peace.” However, men dressed in black with their faces covered claimed there would be no peace until Israel was eliminated. So, again, do they support peace or oppose it? Why do they hide their faces?
In the end, what these people claim to support or oppose is of no relevance to me if they refuse to adhere to their own demands.
