Laufey has surprised fans with an impromptu set at St. Pancras station in London.
The station has a piano in its waiting area, and this has become a hub for performers, both great and unknown. In recent weeks the likes of Elton John and Tom Grennan have performed in the station, the latter celebrating his Amazon Music single ‘It Can’t Be Christmas’.
Chinese-Icelandic artist Laufey stopped past earlier today, with the surprise set gaining a huge crowd of intrigued onlookers.
The short set featured a rendition of her Amazon Music Original, with ‘Christmas Magic’ going down a treat. It features in the holiday film Red One from Amazon MGM Studios, and it fringes with festive magic.
Laufen also played ‘Winter Wonderland’ – naturally – and her song ‘From Re Start’.
It’s a busy spell for the singer, who will be the musical guest on the Graham Norton’s Christmas special tomorrow (December 20th).
Check out fan-shot footage of the moment below.
