Craftsmanship runs in Gonçalo Marrote’s veins.

“Some folks would say, ‘Why would you modify one thing that’s already good?’ however I needed to do one thing linked to my research and my love for tiny homes,” Marrote informed Enterprise Insider. “I made one, folks favored it, after which I made two, and the corporate began to develop.”
Up to now, the corporate has constructed 25 tiny properties, with costs beginning at €55,000 (about $58,600). The properties range in dimension, starting from 10 meters (about 108 sq. toes), 12.5 meters (about 135 sq. toes), to 17.5 meters (about 188 sq. toes).
