Hurricane Beryl losses in Caribbean, Mexico likely less than $2 billion

Data and analytics company CoreLogic Inc. said insured losses from Hurricane Beryl in the Caribbean and Mexico are expected to stay below $1.7 billion, Artemis reported. Total insured losses across Jamaica and the Cayman Islands are expected to be between $400 million and $700 million and losses from damages across Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula will be below $1 billion.
