Power couple Posh and Becks are never afraid to tease each other but Victoria Beckham took it a step further as she called out husband David Beckham’s editing blunder.
The couple, who have been together for over 25 years, are currently enjoying a kid-free romantic getaway in France.
Having dined at the Domaine de Peretti della Rocca, David, 49, shared a snap from deep within the vineyard with stunning sunset mountains behind them.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t the views that attracted his wife’s attention as she was distracted by his editing choices turning her into a different Spice Girl – Ginger!
‘What? Why is my hair ginger???’ asked the 50-year-old pop icon in the comments of her husband’s Instagram post.
Calling his Photoshop skills into question, she continued: ‘What filter is that David?’
The former footballer didn’t reveal his editing secrets but there was a distinct reddish tinge to the top of Victoria’s signature sleek dark brown hair.
Fans were living for the call-out, commenting that there could only be one Ginger Spice – referring to Geri Halliwell-Horner.
‘Wrong Spice,’ said Griffin Layne while hundreds replied to Victoria with laughing emojis and compliments.
In his caption, David wrote: ‘We have eaten in many beautiful places but WOW Domaine De Peretti Della Rocca.’
Of course, photo fails are not just David’s domain as Victoria has also fallen foul of attempting to spice up her life, particularly in 2020 with a picture of Brooklyn and Nicola Peltz.
The snap saw Brooklyn kissing Nicola – who has her eyes closed and is smiling – on the cheek in front of an idyllic sunset.
Only the sunset was from a different picture and the sweet moment was actually in their garden, exposed by the model a few days later.
Photography skills don’t seem to run in the family though as Brooklyn’s notorious stint behind the camera lives on in infamy.
From his much-ridiculed elephant snap to his selfies with Nicola that leave almost everything to the imagination, he hasn’t had the strongest record with his images.
The teasing couple have burst back into the spotlight after their documentary series on Netflix, which shined light on Posh’s more playful side.
One viral moment saw David interrupt Victoria talking about her childhood, instructing her to ‘be honest’ and admit that her father drove a Rolls-Royce – after she said they were ‘very working class.’
It’s since been revealed that the director – Succession’s Fisher Stevens, was ‘very angry’ about the moment.
‘David was supposedly out and she could be free to say what she wants,’ the 60-year-old director revealed to The Hollywood Reporter.
He confessed he was ‘quite upset’ but quickly realised they had captured ‘comedy gold’ and was very glad the cameraman had caught the moment.
In her own 2002 documentary, Being Victoria, the Wannabe star revealed the iconic couple almost never existed as she was engaged to someone else before David.
She almost married electrician Mark Wood after he popped the question in 1994 and the pair had been together for six years when they finally split.
Rather scathingly, the fashion mogul said: ‘For some reason we got engaged. He was an alarm engineer. If only he’d stayed in the cupboard that I met him in at my mum’s house.’
Instead, she fell for the footballing icon and the rest is history.
