Hongza has shared new single ‘Cold Days’.
The dream pop riser is speaking his truth, putting his emotions down on record. Building a fiercely loyal cult audience, Hongza hits the road in a few weeks, a live run tethered to a new release.
Out on September 27th, new EP ‘Coming Of Age’ continues his rise, with new single ‘Cold Days’ representing a clinical expression of anger.
Dialling up the energy, the track has a punk edge, with Hongza zeroing in on this sense of directness with a quicksilver studio performance. Produced by Larry Hibbit, it’s the perfect primer for his incoming EP – and those daredevil live shows.
Hongza comments…
‘Cold Days’ is about a toxic relationship that I had with a person who was my employer and friend. I realised that I was being manipulated and finally was able to break away from that situation. I wanted the track’s sonics to represent my anger.
Tune in now.
