“Counsel for the respondents too acknowledged that the order of the court docket has been complied with. However, there seems to be some delay in implementing the order. Having regard to the above, the sentence of imprisonment imposed until rising of the court docket and fee of `1,000 has been suspended, the bench mentioned.
